During CASARIA – Cheese in Venice, qualified italian and foreign producers will present and sell their products, in a 200mq pavillion located in Campo San Geremia in Venice. Moreover a huge calendar of events will enrich the exposition.


An important convention will inaugurate the event and it will be held in the breathtaking room “Salone del Tiepolo” of Palazzo Labia. The convention, organized in collaboration with Onaf and Sede Regionale RAI per il Veneto, is dedicated to the history of cheese in Veneto.


The tasting workshops are thematic meetings managed by Onaf, not only for cheese lovers, but also for who wants to discover the world of cheeses with curiosity and interest. In collaboration with FISAR and Birra Nostra.


The best venetian restaurants are called to enliven the “Fuori Salone”. During the event, the chefs will suggest exclusive recipes using different kind of cheese, in order to combine quality and typical local cuisine.


The last day is dedicated to the operators of the food sector, with a focused meeting to encourage the use of cheese and to promote the cheese cart to enhance both quality and offer.
CASARIA is the first appointment of an ideal journey that will lead to the second edition of Gusto – Biennial of flavor and territory, a fascinating celebration of the most qualified italian and foreign wine and food productions, organized in Venice from 28th to 30th October 2017..
